Tsuki no Bu - Thrusting Strikes

Holding with both hands and delivered from Hira Ichimonji no Kamae. These can be done on both sides.

1. Tsuki Jodan - Thrust to Head
2. Ushro Tsuki - Backwards Thrust to Head
3. Tsuki Gedan Gaeshi - Thrust with Low Counter
4. Tsuki Jodan Gaeshi - Thrust with High Counter

Hasso no Bu - Rotating Strikes

Strike are completed moving forwards and backwards using the momentum of the weapon to deliver the strike

1. Maewashi Uchi - Lead Hand Releasing Rotation Strike
2. Tento Uchi - Outside to Inside Figure Eight Strike to Head (From Tate no Kamae)
3. Tento Gyaku Uchi - Inside to Outside Figure Eight Strike to Head
   1. Tento Ucho & Gyaku Tento Uchi can be delivered in succession as one movement

Shomen no Bu - Front Strikes

Holding with both hands and delivering from Ichimonji no Kamae or Hira Ichimonji. These can be delivered on both sides.

1. Shomen Uchi - Strike to Front of Head
2. Naname Uchi - Diagonal Strike to Shoulder
3. Naname Gyaku Uchi - Diagonal Strike to Hip
4. Do Uchi - Horizonal Strike to Hip

Katate no Bu - One Handed Strikes

1. Age Uchi - Rising Strike (from Tate no Kamae)
2. Men Uchi - Strike to Hip
